MANEUVER RECOMMENDATION
Influenza vaccination

The CTF recommends influenza vaccination in healthy adults (grade A recommendation) and children (grade A recommendation).

Neuraminidase inhibitor prophylaxis There is good evidence to support neuraminidase inhibitor prophylaxis against influenza in the household setting if it can be initiated within 36-48 hours of symptom onset in the index case (grade A recommendation).
