Evidence-Based Resource Sheets

The Canadian Cochrane Network and Centre (CCN/C), the Canadian Coordinating Office for Health Technology Assessment (CCOHTA), and the Canadian Task Force on Preventive Health Care (CTFPHC) have collaborated in the production of evidence-based resource sheets for each of our three audiences (health professionals, consumers, and health policy planners). The resource sheets contain the URLs of health care organizations selected according to specific criteria and are available on each organizations' website (CCN/C, CCOHTA, and CTFPHC ). A glossary is also available to assist with terminology used in the resource sheets.
